ONE 11

ONE 11

Bozeman’s Growth: Mid-rise podium provides more downtown housing

When complete, One 11 will be five-story downtown apartment complex which includes 54 lofts. Amenities will include a common lounge, meeting rooms, bike/ski storage room, fitness center, and 3,000-sf residential courtyard. The ground floor is constructed out of structural steel and concrete, while the four above-grade levels are conventionally wood framed.

DCI Engineers was the structural engineer of record for One 11 Lofts and developed the foundation plan, mild reinforcing plan, PT framing plan (on Level 2), stud and shear wall plan, floor framing plan, roof framing plan, and a variety of connection details. The ground floor includes parking (~53 stalls). The engineering team collaborated with the MEP consultants to coordinate the design’s slab edges, openings, and MEP penetrations via BIM clash detection evaluations.
