DCI Engineers provided structural and civil design services for this new five-story, mixed-use building which spans an entire block on Queen Anne Avenue. The development contains a grand plaza, retail space, and luxury apartments.

  • Architectural design features include arches, steel canopies, and detailed storefronts that preserve the neighborhood’s streetcar-era architecture.
