Community Plan: Santa Clara adds workforce and senior housing development in former industrial neighborhood
When complete, Tasman East (Parcel 3) will be a two-tower, mixed-use workforce and senior housing development totaling 231,000-sf. The project will include ~1,000 living units, amenity and retail spaces.
DCI Engineers designed the foundation, mild reinforcing, PT framing, over framing, concrete shear wall plans, and steel and concrete details for the 20-story and 22-story towers, plus the podium.
