Eric began his career in telecommunications, working with emerging voice-over-IP technology before building a career focused on information technology and business strategy. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Management Technology from Syracuse University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
As DCI’s Head of Technology, Eric develops the firm’s future-focused IT strategy, with an emphasis on stabilizing core infrastructure, operationalizing AI and automation, and building a high-performing IT team. He sees the right combination of people and systems as fundamental to a strong technology environment and focuses on aligning both with DCI’s business goals. His work centers on solving problems and using technology to help people do their best work.
