Duryea & Associates, a division of DCI Engineers, provides Professional Land Surveying and Mapping Services for Commercial, Industrial and Multi-Family projects throughout the Western United States. We also recognize that real estate and infrastructure projects require discretion. Field staff are directed to route all on‑site inquiries through the main office to protect confidential information and ensure controlled, consistent communication.

We provide land title surveys for commercial, industrial, and multi-family real estate, covering nine states in the western U.S.: Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Hawaii.
We work with developers, architects, and our in-house engineers to ensure a complete, accurate, and on-time design survey. With one surveyor assigned to your project from start to finish, we ensure an efficient and cost-effective survey to match your budget and schedule.
We work with school districts in California for their survey needs during the School Facility Improvement District Process (SFID). We know the regulations and documentation requirements, and we work to make sure our survey is complete, on-time, and within budget.
Our team also provides Subdivision & Condominium Surveys, Flood Studies, and Cell Tower Surveys throughout our service area.
