Everyone at DCI is supportive, collaborative, and open to sharing knowledge. It’s a great environment for growth outside the box!”

Hari leads DCI’s Concrete Shop Drawing division, managing delivery of detailed 3D models and shop drawings for concrete building projects. He built the division from the ground up—growing it from a single-person effort to an 11-person team—while developing Revit families and workflows that support both drafting and shop drawing production. His work has primarily focused on concrete buildings in the San Francisco and Los Angeles markets, translating engineer intent into clear, coordinated model and drawing solutions.

He began his path into BIM through an engineering role requiring Revit, quickly shifting into model-based delivery as a primary focus. At DCI, his responsibilities evolved from supporting internal office drawing production (Spokane, Los Angeles, San Diego) to managing external client work and leading a dedicated shop drawing group. He is known for problem-solving and maintaining team momentum, with a direct, solutions-focused approach and an ability to defuse tension when needed.

Hari values the alignment of technical development with opportunity. His focus remains on maintaining consistent delivery, improving model-based workflows, and supporting team growth alongside project execution.
