Parque Kirkland

Designed for LEED: Mixed-use residential built for contemporary living

The four-story Parque Kirkland is a multi-family residential building with commercial retail and office space. The building has 70 residential units and two levels of below-grade parking (155 stalls total). Amenities include a rooftop social space; wine cellar (450-sf) and lounge; fitness room; and bike storage. DCI designed the concrete floor framing and stud and shear wall plans to accomplish the smaller construction footprint.
