Ryan Slaybaugh

Principal, San Diego

“Every building is unique, with different methods needed for an efficient structure.  Working with the architect, owner, and contractor during schematic design to find the best solution for a particular site is highly rewarding.  Providing quick, cost-effective solutions for construction issues is also a point of pride in our company.”

Since joining the DCI team in 2005, Ryan has contributed a great deal of knowledge about various types of projects, including parking, hospitality, and mixed-use residential projects.  He successfully manages many high-profile projects and continually provides clients with quick, efficient responses.  Ryan is extremely knowledgeable about current building codes and construction practices in both Washington and California, making him a valuable asset not only to clients, but also to other engineers.
