The Alexan ALX gives urbanites the option to be centrally located in downtown San Diego. Alexan ALX includes 19-story cast-in-place concrete tower and a four-story wood framed low-rise over a single level concrete podium. Underneath the mixed-use residential development are three levels of below-grade parking.

DCI Engineers provided primary structural design for the Alexan ALX. The team developed the foundation plan, mild reinforcing plan, PT framing plan, stud and shear wall plan, concrete floor framing plan, concrete roof framing plan, concrete column details, tie back details, wood shear wall plan, and structural wood framing details.
