Leadership has chosen Principal Jeff Brink in the San Francisco office as the firm’s Chief Executive Officer; Principal Craig Crowley of the Spokane office as Chief Operating Officer; Principal Matthew Hubbard of the Bozeman, Montana office as Chief Financial Officer; and Principal Grant Buckingham of the Seattle office as Secretary and Vice President. All corporate officers are also members of DCI’s Executive Management Team, along with Vice Presidents Matthew Schmidt from the Missoula, Montana office and Greg Gilda in the Seattle office.

Former CEO Mark Aden and COO Roger Heeringa will remain fully active in their principal roles in Los Angeles and Seattle, respectively. They both look forward to spending more time with clients, mentoring engineers through additional project involvement, and creating a multi-generational engineering firm.
