Young Engineer of the Year

DCI employee wins SEAW award

This week, one of our structural engineers in the Seattle office was honored with an award from the Structural Engineers Association of Washington (SEAW)! We’re proud to announce that Dan Yeager, who has been with DCI for seven years, was named 2012’s Young Engineer of the Year!

Dan received his Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Wyoming in 2005. He then joined DCI Engineers as a Project Engineer and was promoted to Project Manager in 2010. As part of the DCI team, Dan has been integral in the successful completion of a variety of projects, including mixed-use, residential, office, and medical projects.

Dan became an Associate member of SEAW in 2007, and has demonstrated committed service to the Seattle Chapter. Dan is currently the PSEC Representative from SEAW and he continues to encourage and motivate young engineers within the AEC professional community.
