AC Hotel by Marriott in Wailea is a four-story 110-key hotel – the first AC Hotel by Marriott-branded property in Hawaii. Amenities include a fitness center, infinity pool, lounge, kitchen, and outdoor public spaces. DCI was the civil engineer of record for the project, which involved coordinating entitlements, service laterals into the property, relocation of an existing irrigation well, and improvements to the county highway.
