Topped out in 2025, Knox Street became the largest private development in Dallas, with its 29-story multi-family tower, 29-story Hotel/Condo tower, and 9-story Office/Retail tower over a combined 5.5-story, below-grade parking garage podium.
The massive development includes a 100-key Auberge Resorts Collection brand hotel, Social Club, spa, and approximately 77 luxury condo residences; approximately 150 luxury apartments with one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans; several restaurant and retail areas; and parking for 1,200 vehicles.
All structures utilize concrete cast-in-place construction and total 900,000-sf.
