Adding to the Bellevue Skyline: Engineering solutions for new high-rise towers at The Bravern

DCI Engineers provided structural design services for this 3,500,000-sf, four-building development in downtown Bellevue. In addition to the two office towers leased entirely to Microsoft, The Bravern also includes two residential towers.

  • Total site area is four and a half acres.
  • Podium is comprised of four levels above grade, with seven levels below grade with parking for 3,100 vehicles.
  • Includes 300,000-sf of retail, including the first Neiman Marcus in the Pacific Northwest.
