Affordable Housing in Philly: New wood framed apartments offer residences 20% to 50% AMI

NC Five’s three wood-framed buildings offer 133 apartments at market rate and between 20% and 50% AMI. The buildings have studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom layouts in the apartments, suitable for most-household types. The largest building at NC Five is four stories, 129,000-sf and has many amenities usually found in luxury high-rises, such as courtyards with grill stations, an indoor kitchen, a computer room and study library, along with a lobby reception area and two retail spaces. The two smaller buildings are three stories each and have 16 multi-story town-house style apartment units between them.
