Campus Growth: More student housing for Highlanders

This large student housing project is part of a massive redevelopment effort by University of California Riverside to attain more on-site living and community spaces. The North District comprises of two multi-story residential buildings with 416 apartment-style units (accommodating 1,500 beds), student lounges, and bike storage.
