DCI Announces Winter Quarter Project Manager Promotions

DCI Engineers is pleased to announce the promotion of the following employees to their new roles.

Lexi Cai, PE, LEED BD+C, has been promoted to Project Manager in the Seattle office. She brought her precast concrete and LEED evaluation experience when joining the firm. She is currently contributing engineering support to the QTS Data Center project in Hillsboro, Oregon and a FedEx warehouse in Bozeman, Montana.

Timothy Hofmann has been promoted to BIM Project Manager in the Missoula office. He has been with DCI for five years and provides design for structural projects ranging in various market sectors, materials and scope. These include multi-family apartments, hospitality and mixed-use developments. Timothy earned his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from NewSchool of Architecture and Design in San Diego while serving in the Navy. Although his intention was to pursue dual degrees—one being a Masters in structural engineering—he found the drafting position at DCI and hasn’t looked back.

Jared Mogstad has been promoted to BIM Project Manager in the Missoula office. He has been with DCI for close to five years and has been providing design services for a number of structural projects. His primary focus has been multi-family and single-family residential developments throughout Montana. He attended the University of Montana before pursuing drafting work full time.

Harry Rodin III, PE, has been promoted to Project Manager in the Seattle office. Harry has designed and supported high profile projects ranging from hospitality, residential, commercial office, mixed-use, high-rises, K-12 schools, and tenant improvements. He exhibited his engineering abilities while working on high-rise buildings utilizing BRB frame systems. Harry is a member of the firm’s in-house technical committees for concrete, wood, steel & aluminum, mass timber, and tenant improvements.
