DCI Staff Members Promoted to New Roles

SEATTLE, Wash. – May 1, 2019 -- DCI Engineers, a civil and structural engineering firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of the following staff to their new prospective roles.

Brad Geyer, PE, has been promoted to Project Manager in the Seattle office. Joining the firm in 2015, he supported various tenant improvement, podium, high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. He collaborates with the in-house masonry, concrete, steel and aluminum, and cold-formed steel technical committees. Those who work with him rely upon his attention to detail, especially with code provisions and engineering assessments. He is a member of the Structural Engineers Association of Washington (SEAW).

Jordyn Prince, has been promoted to Senior Marketing Coordinator in the Seattle office. Since joining DCI, she has taken over the firm’s social media program and contributed to numerous formal proposal and qualification packages, brand-focused graphic design and digital content marketing. She also leads corporate marketing initiatives in DCI’s Austin, Texas; Denver, Colorado; Missoula, Bozeman, and Kalispell, Montana offices. Her responsibilities range from market research to website updates and event planning. Jordyn is an active member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) – Seattle chapter and volunteers for the education committee.

Robin Landis, PE, has been promoted to Senior Project Manager in the San Francisco office. In the past three and a half years, Robin has led various commercial, retail, hospitality, mixed-use, and multi-family residential projects in and around the Bay Area. With extensive experience with mid- to high-rise concrete, wood and cold-formed steel podiums, and steel construction, Robin consistently delivers innovative and cost-effective designs. Her most recently completed project is the modularly constructed affordable housing development, Coliseum Connections in Oakland, California. Robin further strengthens DCI through her collaboration with DCI’s in-house concrete, steel and aluminum, and sustainability technical committees.

Nina Munj, PE, has been promoted to Senior Project Manager in the San Francisco office. In the past year, she has expanded her engineering experience with podium, commercial office, hospitality, mixed-use, and residential projects. Along with other California projects, Nina is currently managing the Pier 70 Parcel K in San Francisco and the 899 Alvarado in San Leandro. She is involved with the firm’s in-house concrete, foundation and shoring, and modular design technical committees.

Mathew Picardal, PE, has been promoted to Project Manager in the Irvine, California office. Since joining DCI in 2015, he has led podium, commercial office, retail, mixed-use, hospitality, residential, religious, and K-12 projects. Along with other California projects, Mathew is currently project managing the Aloft Hotel in Rohnert Park and the California Baptist University Student Housing in Riverside. He is involved with the firm’s in-house concrete, masonry, steel and aluminum, cold-formed steel, and wood technical committees. Mathew is a member of the Structural Engineers Association of Southern California (SEASC) and the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).
