The Bullitt Center

Seattle Daily Journal of Commerce Feature Piece

As the greenest commercial building in the world, Seattle’s Bullitt Center has been getting a lot of attention. Designed for a lifespan of 250 years, this office building features numerous characteristics that will help it meet the Living Building Challenge, which tests green buildings against the most rigorous performance standards in the world.

Our Seattle structural team has been working long and hard on this project, and as construction nears completion, we’re excited to see how much interest there is in the building. The Seattle Daily Journal of commerce recently put together a wonderful feature piece on the project, which outlines some of the building’s more unique features and explains more in-depth what makes this office building so unique!
