Civil engineering is such a broad field, there is always so much to learn about developing sites. I can’t remember the last time I felt bored at my job. My line of work will always be relevant since infrastructure is never permanent – so there will always be improvements to existing systems.”

Since joining DCI, Matt’s project experience with the public and private sectors expanded from the Spokane area to northern Idaho, the Tri-Cities, and western Washington. His talent with project management led to design leadership responsibilities, business development pursuits, and a strong working relationship with the Spokane International Airport. Matt enjoys collaborating with AEC professionals with various skill sets to produce the best solutions for rural and urban developments. He also takes great pride in being part of local site improvement projects ranging from multi-family residential buildings, K-12 schools, medical facilities, gas stations, and parks.
