Mohan leads and manages operations for DCI Designers, working in close coordination with U.S. leadership to guide team growth, refine workflows, and maintain consistent delivery across projects. He was an early member of the original four-person team and has played a key role in its expansion to a 40+ person office in Chennai. His experience spans concrete, steel, podium, residential, modular, data center, and Diversakore projects, with a focus on clear, well-structured drawings and models that reduce RFIs and support efficient construction.

He began developing BIM/CAD skills during his undergraduate studies through formal training in AutoCAD, Revit, and drafting tools, quickly focusing on Revit and ArchiCAD as primary platforms. His career has centered on both technical execution and organizational leadership—balancing project delivery with continuous improvement of internal processes and team development. He is known for leadership and his role in shaping both the operational and cultural foundation of DCI Designers.
