From PEB to Powerhouse: WSU’s New Champions Center

This fully integrated progressive design-build project converted a 164,000‑square‑foot physical education building into the Champions Center, a centralized resource hub for Washington State University student‑athletes. The facility provides academic support, tutoring spaces, professional development areas, mental health services, and flexible gathering zones. The renovation modified existing concrete bearing walls to incorporate new window openings, introducing natural light into the reconfigured interior.
