Altura and 700 N 4th Street

Phoenix’s New Skyline: Residential luxury high-rises boast beautiful desert views from their rooftop pools

Altura and 700 N 4th St. are two luxury high-rise apartment buildings in downtown Phoenix, Arizona. The buildings are 30 and 28 stories tall, respectively, and have lobbies with retail spaces on their ground floors and open-air parking garages on Levels 2-7. Amenity levels on the eighth floors of both buildings separate the residencies from the garage and contain fitness centers, mini dog parks and grilling stations. The buildings also have indoor work and lounge spaces for tenants. Amenities continue on the rooftop where tenants can cool off in the buildings’ pools and soak up gorgeous views of the city and Mazatzal Peak in the Tonto National Forest just northeast of Phoenix.

The 21 and 19 levels of concrete framed apartments come as studios, one- and two-bedroom units, premium units on the upper floors and top floor penthouses. The apartments in the two buildings have incredible views of the city and the surrounding landscape. Residents will find themselves perfectly located for exploring the city’s downtown scene as the business and arts districts are both only a few blocks away.
