DCI Engineers was selected by the contractor to produce calculations and develop fabrication drawings for two drive bogeys and two idler bogeys, which support a 320,000-lb capacity melter belonging to a global manufacturer of specialty materials and components. The bogey drive system was operating inadequately until the new drive and idler components improved operations.
