Two-tone architectural glass makes the Class A office building stand out in the urban skyline. The development also comprises of two SVN Square multi-family residential buildings offering a total of 386 living units with a variety of floorplan options: studio, one or two-bedroom units. In SVN Square Lofts along 7th Street, there are walk-up access apartments. In SVN Square East, 15 units are lofts with rooftop space. ADP employees and SVN Square residents can seek parking at the nearby 10-story parking garage on 8th and Walnut, which features the residential wraparound of SVN Square Lofts.
