This massive 375,000-sf, LEED-designed, pre-manufactured warehouse replaces the remains an old 20th Century rayon-silk factory that was closed in the 1970s and had later caught fire. The 400-foot by 936-foot pre-manufactured has 92 high-door loading docks, 38 of which have mechanical levers, dock seals, bumpers, and dock lights. There are four drive-thru docks for vehicles to enter the warehouse through.

DCI provided structural design support, which included fit-out for a 12,000-sf, steel-framed mezzanine, two stairs and an elevator, which were added after the buildout of the structure.
