From the lakefront to the skyline

Three blocks from the lake, the Coeur d'Alene office works in a downtown that swells every summer and ranks among the fastest-growing areas in the country. The team grew out of Spokane and still works hand in hand with it, but the work here has a character all its own: DCI has engineered essentially all of the city's high-rise towers, plus high-end lakefront homes and the commercial growth fueling the region, civil and structural under one roof. What stands out is that everyone chose to be here. Most of the office moved to Coeur d'Alene in the last few years for the lake, the four seasons, and the small-city pace, and in summer it's a short walk to jump in after work.
