DCI Engineers has promoted Samantha (Sam) Fox and Brady Ott to Managing Principal. Sam leads the firm's Bozeman, Montana office, and Brady leads the Denver, Colorado office — roles both have grown into by building strong teams, earning client trust, and steering the kind of project work that clients rely on again and again.
Both are known throughout the firm as engaged leaders who support, mentor, and encourage their team members to invest in their craft and get active in the industry.
Sam joined DCI as an intern in 2008 and came on full time in 2013. Since then, she's built a specialty in the assessment and renovation of existing and historic structures— work that's made her a key contributor to DCI's presence in national parks. Her experience also includes community-focused work throughout southwest Montana, including many projects at Montana State University and several K-12 schools across the region, projects that reflect the growth of the region and DCI’s commitment to the communities it serves.
Brady brings 16 years of industry experience, including commercial, multi-family, and hospitality projects such as The Rider and Westray Office Towers in Centennial, CO, along with the Prospect Ridge Multifamily Development in Fort Collins, CO, and the Catbird Hotel in Colorado Springs, CO. He's known for managing projects with an eye toward both economic realities and innovative possibilities, and for building the kind of collaborative environment where ideas get challenged and improved by a team that's fully invested.
As Managing Principals, Sam and Brady are directly involved in the strategic direction of their offices while continuing to do what got them here: leading well, building trust, and delivering for their clients.
Congratulations to Sam and Brady on this well-earned step.
