A Campus Built in Phases, Designed as a Whole:

Delivering structural and civil solutions for Centennial's premier high-rise office destination

Westray is a premier office campus rising on an 11-acre site at 6363 Greenwood Plaza Boulevard in Centennial, Colorado — directly across from the Fiddler's Green Amphitheatre and a short walk from the Village Center light rail station. Envisioned as three Class A office towers totaling nearly 950,00-sf, the campus pairs sweeping Front Range mountain views with amenities built around the tenant experience: a signature great room, conference and training center, full fitness center, landscaped terrace, coffee bar, and grab-and-go dining.

The project's current phase delivers Tower One, a 17-story high-rise built above 7-level precast parking garages shared with Tower Two. DCI’s services include both structural and civil engineering design. The civil team designed more than 30,000 cubic yards of earthwork and the site's public utilities — including drainage and hydraulic systems, water and sewer plans, a new CDOT Type R catch basin, an extended detention basin, and a concrete spillway — and secured a SEMSWA GESC permit and administrative site plan approval by coordinating closely with the cities of Centennial and Greenwood Village.

Project Highlights

  • Precast Parking Structure under a Post-Tensioned Office Structure
  • Two-phase project: Phase 1 = 17-story tower; Phase 2 = Parking addition and 13-story office tower. Each share a two-story concrete base.
