We are halfway through the year with our DCIGive campaign! It’s been a monthly reflection on the different types of giving we can do as a community. Through email and social media posts, we’ve offered opportunities to donate to Habitat for Humanity, learned about the origins of life safety standards; offered tips on saving money on energy efficient lightbulbs; encouraged kids in Irvine, California to be passionate about science; and thanked the hard working folks at our job sites.

Rather than just giving as part of the holiday season, we’ve tried to extend that same spirit of giving throughout the year. And we’re not done yet! In July, we’ll have a sock drive. On August 25th, we’ll hold our 28th Annual Charity Golf Tournament benefitting Childhaven. Stay tuned for other examples of giving as the DCIGive campaign continues through October.
