DCI Engineers is very proud to announce new leadership changes and a strategic hire in the Austin office. Steve Edmiston and Kris Swanson have been promoted to Associate Principal. Steve Edmiston joined the Austin office in early 2009. With over 10 years of experience, Steve has worked on a variety of projects including a high-profile resort in Cabo San Lucas, luxury residences in Aruba, and several student housing projects along the Eastern seaboard.
As one of the original “starting five,” Kris Swanson helped open the Austin office four years ago. Kris has over a decade of experience, having started in DCI’s Seattle office. He has worked on a wide range of projects including mixed-use student housing in Oklahoma, Oregon, and West Virginia, national and international hospitality, and K-12 elementary schools.
DCI Engineers is thrilled to announce that Natasha Richie has joined the team as Senior Project Manager. An Austin native, Natasha has worked on a variety of projects including mixed-use, single family residences, and parking garages. With her family background in the steel fabrication industry, Natasha serves as our resident “steel expert.” We know that with Natasha as a key team member, the Austin office will continue to provide clients with Service, Innovation, and Value.
As the new year starts, all of us in the Austin office hope that 2013 is the best year to date. We hope to see many of you in the near future as our office continues to grow.
