Located outside Aspen, Colorado, this private residence is designed to blend into and bring in the surrounding landscape, creating a sense of being within nature versus simply “inside” or “outside.”
The angled roof, floor to ceiling windows, and open living room provide an uninterrupted view of the ridgeline surrounding the property. DCI supported design with the use of steel moment frames and architectural exposed glulam beams.
