One building contains four levels of residential space over three levels of parking, for a total of 133,000-sf. The other building is comprised of five levels of residential space over three levels of parking, and it contains street-level retail for a total of 219,000-sf.
The upper residential units are wood framed construction. The lower portions of the buildings are comprised of three levels of concrete with two levels of below-grade parking.
The complex includes amenities such as a gym, pool, spa, and a bar lounge with a terrace and fire pit.
