Project Highlights

  • The project consists of three, eight-story residential buildings.
  • Includes the innovative use of Thinflor slabs supported by load bearing light-gauge steel walls with supplementary tube steel columns.
  • One of the first uses of light-gauge steel in Aruba. Utilizing light-gauge steel over traditional concrete/masonry resulted in schedule time savings.
