BlueCross BlueShield of Montana Headquarters

Long-term Headquarters: Helena’s primary employer acquires one-building efficiency

Now the owners of their new building, BlueCross BlueShield (BCBS) of Montana can envision their headquarters better serving their customers well into the future. Staff now operate out of one building instead of two, as they previously did in downtown Helena. The design-built headquarters is a three-story building with two wings comprised of flexible, collaborative workspaces and inviting lobby and meeting areas.

DCI+BCE Engineers was responsible for the primary steel structural design of the BCBS headquarters. The engineering team detailed the gravity system, beam and column layout, and conventional reinforced concrete foundation.
