Treating Nuclear Material: Framing designed for large scale test vessel

The general contractor selected DCI to be the structural engineer of record in analyzing multiple structures and designing the final steel frame platform supporting a 14-ft large scale integrated testing (LSIT) vessel, process pipping, mixers, jib crane, and other process equipment. The facility was designed to aid with analyzing techniques for treating nuclear waste material. The engineering team compiled the construction documents for the framing system which was installed in a high-bay facility outfitted with other testing assemblies.
