The Montana Tech Student Success Center added this building at the heart of campus generating more collegiate atmosphere. The three to four-story building offers two floors of dormitory housing, provide more campus assembly space, a computer lab, and additional study space.

DCI designed a mat foundation on improved soil and aggregate piers since the site has variable soil conditions. The building’s steel braced framing system will meet seismic category III structure specifications.
