Project Highlights

  • Consists of multiple classrooms and offices, as well as designated wet and dry research lab space and computer lab space.
  • Includes a large lecture hall that is frequently used by campus and community organizations.
  • Structural frame consists of one level of post-tensioned concrete slab and a post-tensioned concrete roof.
  • The structure includes several one-story tall reinforced concrete walls at the base of the building to retain soil across the site’s steep slope.
