Adding Convenience to Seattle’s Queen Anne Neighborhood: Engineering new living, retail, and parking space in a popular area

DCI Engineers provided structural and civil design services for this new five-story, mixed-use building which spans an entire block on Queen Anne Avenue. The development contains a grand plaza, retail space, and luxury apartments.
