Project Highlights
Centerpiece includes a 400 fixed-seat auditorium with a balcony, stage, and support spaces.
Additional buildings include separate 125-seat “black box,” art studio, music building, and a scene assembly shop.
Fronted by a large two-story lobby with an extended roof to form a large entry canopy.
Buildings are linked together by a covered walkway covering about 5,800-sf.
