The original Viejas Casino & Resort opened in 1977 as a bingo room and underwent several expansions since that time, eventually evolving into a +413,000-sf resort facility.

Recent expansions and renovation of the Viejas Casino & Resort occurred in three phases. DCI was involved in adding three hotel towers with ~400 luxury units (includes 34 VIP suites), new bus depot, multiple casino expansions, and a hotel connector. The team provided construction support services and collaborated with the general contractor who provided specifics and direction during this design-build project.
