The apartments have all the standard amenities people have come to expect from new developments, like package reception, management offices, laundry room, elevators, a rooftop deck, and includes night security patrol. The building has aesthetic amenities to brighten up the space as well as break up what could have been monotonous landscaping. This includes and two-story glass wall on the ground to second floor, which fills the space with colored natural light, and decorative boulders outside in the courtyard.
