Roger has been part of the DCI team for 30 years during which time he has provided design solutions for a wide variety of projects in various locations around the country.  By continually providing economical, cost-efficient structures, Roger has earned the company many loyal, repeat clients.  In 2007, Roger became DCI's Chief Operating Officer and took over the firm's management department.  He works to position each employee for success and navigates the company through forward-thinking opportunities.
