DCI Engineers seeks a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to support our Bozeman office. DCI is a national structural and civil engineering consulting firm with 20+ offices around the U.S.

The Office Manager role requires a professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, can manage multiple priorities, and has excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be a key resource for general office administration and executive-level support.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and professionally manage reception duties.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the offices, including processing expense reports and credit card statements, managing office supplies, planning and executing office events, overseeing fleet vehicle maintenance, and maintaining overall office organization.
  • Support office leaders by scheduling internal and external meetings, making travel arrangements, and maintaining office calendars.
  • Assist in proposal development, including drafting, editing, and managing the project pursuit process.
  • Facilitate document control processes, ensuring proper organization and filing of project-related materials.
  • Proof and edit letters and reports. Format project specifications.
  • Enter project information into company project management database.
  • Coordinate marketing communications and serve as liaison between office and Marketing team.
  • Review accounts receivable.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.

Required Qualifications:

  • Administrative (or prior executive assistant) experience preferred.
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite of products. Experience with InDesign and BlueBeam a plus.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience coordinating travel, meetings, and office events.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a professional services, engineering, or architecture firm.
  • Familiarity with financial administration, including expense reports and budgeting.
  • Background in assisting with marketing and proposal writing.

Responsibilities of a BIM Designer:

  • Apply company standards to perform Revit and AutoCAD drafting to produce high quality construction documents
  • Communicate with project engineers and managers regarding projects and scheduling
  • Review completed drafting work and compare with drafting mark-ups and sketches
  • Maintain and organize project files according to company protocols

Requirements for a BIM Designer:

  • 1 year of working knowledge with Revit, but will train as necessary
  • Structural (steel, concrete, wood, and masonry) drafting/design experience desired
  • Construction knowledge helpful
