DCI continues to add to its leadership by promoting from within, and is pleased to announce the following promotions to Associate and Associate Principal.
John Oldfield, PE, SE, has been promoted to Associate Principal in the Anchorage office. His portfolio now includes commercial buildings of all construction types. His notable work includes the Homer Police Station, KANA Marketplace, BRH Behavioral Health, and Medline Warehouse. John co-chairs the in-house steel and aluminum technical committee.
Kyle Kraxberger, PE, SE, has been promoted to Associate Principal in the Portland office. He is known for his expertise in demolition, industrial, construction engineering, seismic enhancements, forensic investigation, and building evaluations. His portfolio includes Lloyd Center, SOHO, and the Fort Calhoun Nuclear Demolition. He chairs DCI’s “Existing Building Evaluation Retrofit and Demo” committee. Kyle serves on the board of the Portland Chapter Design Building Institute of America (DBIA).
Patrick Lindblom, PE, SE, has been promoted to Associate Principal in the Seattle office. He is best known for his project management of The Grand in Los Angeles, Madison Centre, and Amazon Apollo Building in Seattle. He is a member of the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH), National Council of Structural Engineers Association (NCSEA), Structural Engineers Association of Washington (SEAW), American Concrete Institute (ACI), and NAIOP-WA.
Eric Pope, PE, SE, has been promoted to Associate Principal in the Seattle office. His expertise is mid-rise and high-rise commercial design, as well as life science and residential structures. His project portfolio now includes 1001 Office Towers, Boren Office Tower, 620 Terry and Interval. Eric is a member of the NAIOP-WA and the Structural Engineers Association of Washington (SEAW) Seattle Chapter.
Gaelyn Krauser, PE, SE, has been promoted to Associate Principal in the Seattle office. She has expanded her team leadership and office management roles at the firm. Her project contributions include Fifteen Fifty, Avenue Bellevue, 4th & Bell, Seattle Residence Inn, and Terminal 106. Gaelyn is a member of the Post-Tensioning Institute (PTI) and the Seattle chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).
Mike Wilson, PE, has been promoted to Associate Principal in the Austin office. He elevated his engineering experience by overseeing a wide range of concrete, structural steel, wood, cold-formed steel, and masonry projects. He is a design expert in steel modular structures and residential buildings. He is currently working on The Floodgate Apartments in San Antonio, Texas; Katy Trail Condo in Dallas, Texas; Zmodular Residential projects in Austin, Texas; The Link in Phoenix, Arizona; Noun Hotel in Norman, Oklahoma; 960 Spring Student Housing in Atlanta, Georgia; OLIV Student Housing in State College, Pennsylvania; and multiple affordable housing projects in Austin and Houston, Texas.
Kyle Cossette, PE, has been promoted to Associate in the Spokane office. He is known for his podium structural designs in concrete, cold form steel, and wood. His projects include Google Phase II, Esterra Block 6B, and Merrill Gardens at West Covina. Kyle is chair of the in-house technical committee for cold form steel.
Justin Hancock has been promoted to Associate in the Spokane office. As a BIM Manager, Justin has proven his leadership and technical skills with project documentation and 3D modeling. He contributed his REVIT expertise for a variety of steel and podium projects. His most notable projects include the Martin Stadium Expansion, Gonzaga Performing Arts Center, and the John & Joan Bollier Family Center for Integrated Science & Engineering.
