DCI has re-located its headquarters to 1700 7th Avenue in downtown Seattle. We are leasing the space—which served as the headquarters for Nordstrom—through Clise Properties. It provides an additional 1,000-sf from our previous location, which is just down the street, allowing DCI to stay in the Denny Triangle neighborhood.
“Staying local means we keep the convenience, community connections, and favorite lunch spots—while upgrading to a space that better fits our needs,” noted Grant Buckingham, DCI Vice President & Principal. “This transition signals progress. We’re investing in a space that reflects where DCI is headed, not just where we’ve been. A new office isn’t just about fresh paint and new desks—it’s about creating space for fresh ideas, deeper collaboration, and the kind of energy that reminds us why we do what we do.”
We'll be hosting an open house in the fall to welcome clients and “break in” the new space.
“With the move, we needed to hit pause on our annual client golf tournament to focus on getting ourselves set up successfully, so with that now in place, we’re excited to connect with our clients in our new space,” Buckingham said.
DCI is also welcoming the Seattle Architecture Foundation (SAF) as a co-tenant, subleasing an area of the office to serve as administrative headquarters for the local non-profit.
