As the project's EOR, DCI developed the loading plans, pile cap layout, foundation design, mild reinforcement, post tensioned concrete structure, and concrete shear wall systems. Steel framing was designed for the single-story café and retail space, as well as mechanical roof penthouse and canopy structures. The team also detailed the structural connections for concrete framing, shear walls, columns, CMU, and steel.
