Sylva on Main Apartments comprises of two mirrored towers forming as one unified seven-story mixed-use building with a shared elevator core. 74 apartment units sit above a concrete plaza podium and three below-grade parking levels. The building’s penthouse level is punctuated with a distinctive, modern tilted glass clerestory design. The sixth and seventh floors feature two-story townhouse units with vertically connected interior layouts. Communal building amenities include a fitness center, clubhouse, TV lounge, courtyard, and storage space.

DCI Engineers provided primary structural and civil engineering services for the Sylva on Main Apartments. The civil engineers prepared street improvement documents and designed the relocation of an existing municipal sewer main. For structural, the engineering team designed a special reinforced concrete shear wall system with PT and mild-reinforced concrete slab floor and framing systems.
