The Residences at the Concord are a series of six, five-story, mixed-use residential podium-style buildings at the redeveloped Concord Plaza in Wilmington, Delaware. The series of buildings adds more than 350 new luxury apartment units in studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom options to the area and 42,000-sf of retail space across the ground floors of the six buildings. The buildings modernize the dated-looking Concord Plaza, bringing it into the 21st Century.
