DCI's Missoula office is the birthplace of the firm's Montana presence, and the anchor of its Montana practice. The work is deliberately broad, around here you have to be a Swiss Army knife, so the team handles everything from small residential remodels to hospitals, universities, stadiums, and bridges, balancing local and regional work with national projects, and adding high-rise and dam capabilities since joining DCI. The office runs on community: Fridays often end early with a beer 30, there's a pool table, ping-pong, and an RC car track, and the bigger traditions bring all the Montana offices together, a summer raft trip down the Clark Fork gorge, a winter ski day at Discovery, and a four-day fall family retreat at Swan Lake where nobody talks about work.
